The 3-4 Defense with Multiple Fronts

“Installing the 3-4 Defense With Multiple Fronts” manual is designed as an information tool for you as a coach to build upon with your own ideas and thoughts. The multiple 3 – 4 defense allows you the ability to either rush 3, 4, or 5 down defenders, the 3 – 4 defense is an offshoot of the 5 – 2 defense. When rushing 3 down defenders this defense will allow you to put 8 defenders into pass coverage, if rushing, 4 defenders it allows for 7 defenders into coverage’s and if rushing 5 defenders you then can drop 6 defenders into coverage. This manual also includes terminology, techniques, front illustrations and coverage diagrams.
